The Catalan National Assembly (ANC) issued on May 11th a declaration denouncing that the constant provocations and hostility against Catalonia have led the Catalans to a point of no return. In the declaration, the ANC calls for the prompt constitution of a sovereign Catalan state founded on the respect of human rights, democracy, economic welfare and cultural freedom.
